Key Responsibilities:
Conducting Mediations and Pre-Litigation Negotiations to resolve government-related, regulatory, or compliance matters for clients.
Engaging with Senior Government Officials and presenting detailed memos, petitions, and representations on behalf of clients.
Tracking new Policies, Legislations, Notifications, and Circulars issued by the Government of India and assessing their impact on clients.
Facilitating and securing Government Incentives, Grants, and Concessions under schemes such as Make-in-India, RoDTEP, MEIS, and other relevant programs.
Representing clients before Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in matters related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) infringements.
Maintaining and updating a structured CRM database for government contacts, client interactions, and communication records.
Preparing briefing notes, legislative summaries, policy reports,



and client updates as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Preferably Law Graduate with strong presentation skills and a solid understanding of legislation and policy frameworks.
Positive in Arguments and understanding of IPR Issues
Graduates with strong public relations, sales, or government liaison experience may also apply.at arguments
Excellent English communication skillsboth written and spokenare mandatory.
Willingness to travel for meetings, mediations, government interactions, and client engagements.
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional networks.
Selection process includes a Written Test and an Interview.
This is a full time, in-office role based out of the NOIDA office.
