The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall business financial health in the Agri Inputs sector.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations
Finalization of accounts and financial statements
GST, TDS and statutory compliance handling
Accounts receivable and payable management




Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
Coordination with auditors and internal departments
Monitoring outstanding payments and credit control

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting standards
Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP systems
Positive knowledge of GST and taxation
Solid Excel skills
Positive analytical and communication skills
Team handling experience preferred
