This role will assist the sales team in preparing the quotations and procuring and negotiating the rates with the customer to close the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations based on the inputs given by the sales Team
Procure/Negotiating rates for air, sea Import / Export Shipments
Receive and acknowledge each and every incoming inquiry within the stipulated time.
Log inquiry, procure rates from origin location & Quote within the stipulated time.
Follow up with destinations for outcome/renegotiation.
Compile a fortnightly report of quotes made & their output.
Follow Up with Sales Team to Confirm Shipment after Quotation
