Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Leasing Professional to drive leasing activities for retail assets, mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring optimal occupancy across retail properties.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard national, regional, and local retail brands for leasing opportunities.
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers, franchise operators, brokers, and leasing consultants.
Conduct market research to identify retail trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks.
Prepare leasing proposals, Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and commercial offers.
Negotiate commercial terms, rental structures, and lease conditions with prospective tenants.




Coordinate with legal, finance, projects, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of lease agreements and store handovers.
Maintain accurate leasing databases, tenant pipelines, and periodic MIS reports.
Participate in property site visits, leasing events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Ensure achievement of leasing targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills
Solid negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Valuable understanding of retail leasing, commercial real estate, and market dynamics.
Ability to analyze market trends and prepare leasing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of lease documentation and commercial negotiations.
