Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth for our Real Estate ERP solutions, managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and helping builders and developers transform their operations through technology.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective software solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for Real Estate ERP solutions
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and real estate organizations
Follow up with prospects and manage sales pipeline through CRM
Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills Qualifications




Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Experience in B2B sales / software sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of customer relationship management
Ability to handle client meetings and product presentations
Self-motivated with target-oriented approach
Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Real Estate industry knowledge will be an advantage
