Requirements:
Robust Python fundamentals, pandas, NumPy, and standard libraries
Debugging and root-cause analysis across multi-script / multi-process real-time systems.
Understanding of system-wide control flow & quick onboarding over unfamiliar codebases
Redis, APIs, WebSockets, and PostgreSQL
Concurrency using multiprocessing, multithreading, async, and vectorization
Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Setting, dependency, and version management
Linux/Windows shell scripting

Preferred:
Practical OOP
Experience with real-time trading systems

KRA:
Build and maintain parallel/distributed Python services
Manage Redis-based communication and real-time/historical data pipelines
Develop data processing, storage, monitoring, UI, and automation tools
Write clean, productive code without over engineering.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or proven hands-on experience in Python development and system design.
