Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews with candidates.
Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding hiring requirements and candidate status.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, selection, and offer coordination.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, employment laws, and hiring procedures.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, onboarding, and induction activities for selected candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and recruitment portals.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

Undergraduate (UG): Any Graduate

Preferred Experience
03 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, preferably in the Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industry.
