We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Demand Manager to join our growing team at Delhiver-Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, acquiring recent customers, and ensuring a smooth launch and initial customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: - Acquiring recent customers. Work on Retention of existing customers as well as acquiring recent customers.
Market Analysis: - Identify potential clusters and monitor existing demand patterns. - Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs. - Expand current serviceability.
Sales Reporting: - Track and report on sales activities and outcomes. - Provide regular updates to the management team.
Plan BTL activities for the city.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Telegu is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and google sheet
Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
