Job Title: Field Engineer
Location: South Mumbai, Borivali, Malad and Bhiwandi

Additional locations: Haridwar, Guwahati, Amta, and Trichy
Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
Provide onsite technical support at client locations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Coordinate with the remote support team for issue resolution.
Install and troubleshoot network devices like routers and switches (basic level).
Update service reports and close tickets within SLA.
Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and basic networking.
Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to travel across Mumbai for onsite support.
Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
