The role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing institutional data to build a robust database that supports business strategy, competitor benchmarking, and market positioning. The ideal candidate should have exceptional research skills, robust attention to detail, and the ability to convert large amounts of information into meaningful insights. Research analysts typically gather, validate, analyze, and present information to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct extensive secondary research using official school/college websites and other authentic sources.
Create and maintain detailed research sheets covering each institution.
Capture comprehensive information, including:
School/College profile
Courses/Programs offered
Admission criteria & eligibility
Fee structure
Infrastructure and campus facilities
Academic and extracurricular facilities
Student support services
Technology and digital learning initiatives
Awards, rankings, and accreditations




Unique selling propositions (USPs)
Market positioning and competitor comparison
Perform in-depth competitor benchmarking across institutions.
Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and differentiators of each institution.
Analyze pricing, admission trends, and institutional positioning.
Prepare comparative reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Present research findings and actionable recommendations to management.
Ensure all research data is accurate, updated, and well documented.
Continuously monitor changes in admissions, fees, facilities, rankings, and institutional offerings.
