Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the management of our enterprise identity, access, and collaboration platforms in a hybrid setting. The ideal candidate should bring a strong hands-on background in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365, with a focus on maintaining security, availability, and compliance across all platforms.
Administer On-Prem Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS, domain health).
Manage Microsoft Entra ID including hybrid identity sync, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
Administer Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
Implement identity security controls and support audits and compliance initiatives.
Troubleshoot authentication, access, and collaboration issues.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.




Maintain documentation and support change and incident management activities.

Required Skills
Experience 58 years of experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong knowledge of Hybrid AD environments
Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, GPOs, and SSO
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
Exposure to enterprise or compliance-driven IT settings
Preferred Microsoft certifications (Azure / Entra ID / M365)
Experience with identity security or Zero Trust concepts
