K e y R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s :
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT requirements.
Work on Direct Client, W2 requirements.
Source candidates through Job Portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other networking platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening.




Negotiate pay rates and finalize candidate submissions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate database and ATS updates.
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions.
Maintain robust relationship with consultants and vendors.
Validate candidate visa status and work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
