About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our growing people function. This is a hands-on role split between talent acquisition and HR operations. You'll be involved in hiring from day one, while also keeping the engine of our HR processes running smoothly. A great fit for someone who's organised, people-first, and eager to learn fast in a startup environment.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition
Source candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri and job boards
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring trackers
Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in building a pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs

HR Operations
Handle onboarding formalities documentation, system access coordination, and joining kits
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date
Help manage HRMS tools and keep employee data organised
Support in planning employee engagement activities and internal initiatives





Who You Are
MBA/PGDM in HR or a BBA/BA/BCom graduate with a keen interest in human resources
0 – 1 year of experience (internships in HR count and are a plus)
Robust communication skills — you're clear, warm, and professional in how you interact
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive employee information
Quick learner who's comfortable with ambiguity and a quick-moving workplace
Genuinely interested in people, culture, and building great teams

Must-Haves
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a energetic environment

Nice to Have
Prior HR internship experience
Familiarity with any HRMS or ATS tool
Exposure to a startup or fast-paced work environment
