Role Overview:
The HR Recruiter Intern will manage the complete recruitment cycle for client companies, ensuring the right talent is sourced and placed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews as per client needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth onboarding support.
Requirements:
