We are urgently looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in construction, interior fit-out, or civil projects.
Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience.
Work from office.
Budget: 25000 to 30000 per month.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Candidates from Navi Mumbai only considered.
Candidates having experience in Interior design, Civil, or construction industry with Procurement experience only considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling procurement of construction interior materials
Vendor sourcing, comparison negotiation
Raising PO and tracking material delivery at site
Coordination with site engineers,
store project team
Managing BOQ-based purchasing
Maintaining records, bills invoices.
Requirements:
Experience in civil / interior / construction procurement
Knowledge of materials like cement, steel, fittings, finishing items, etc.
Valuable negotiation vendor management skills
Proficiency in Excel / ERP
Preferred:
Experience in commercial projects
