Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and implement Oracle solutions.
Manage Oracle product installation, configuration, and administration.
Develop and support Oracle ADF and BI Publisher applications.
Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for business application integration.
Drive process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
Provide client training and technical support.
Collaborate with teams to solve business challenges and define technology strategies.
Analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with qualified and technical standards.
Build solid client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
Must Have:
HCM Extracts, HDL, Quick Formula, OIC, and HCM APIs
Bachelor's degree
4.5+ years of experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
