Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to manage and support SAP Business One HANA operations across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Fixed Assets modules. The candidate will be responsible for ERP support, report development, process automation, user training, and coordination with business users and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support for SAP Business One HANA.

Manage SAP modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Fixed Assets.

Create and maintain SQL Queries, Crystal Reports, Dashboards, Alerts, UDFs, UDTs, and Formatted Searches.

Handle master data management including Item Master, Business Partners, BOMs, Price Lists, and Opening Balances.

Perform data migration and upload activities through DTW.





Configure and maintain Approval Procedures and Workflow Automation.

Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.

Coordinate with SAP partners, implementation consultants, and vendors.

Support audit requirements and authorization controls.

Monitor SAP performance and ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in SAP Business One.

Robust functional knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Production modules.

Experience in SAP B1 HANA workplace.

Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and SQL Queries.

Knowledge of DTW, Approval Procedures, UDFs, UDTs, and Formatted Searches.Role & responsibilities
