Job Title: Interior Designer (Commercial Projects)

Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Design and execute commercial interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Develop cutting-edge and functional interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
Handle space planning, layout development, material selection, and design detailing for commercial interiors.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality standards and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software.





Desired Candidate Profile
56 years of experience in the interior design industry, with a solid portfolio of commercial interior projects.
Diploma in Interior Design, B.Des. (Bachelor of Design), BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts), or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Lumion, V-Ray, or other 3D visualization software is preferred.
Solid understanding of commercial interior design principles, space planning, detailing, and construction documentation.
Experience in BOQ preparation, working drawings, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, client management, and vendor coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
