Key Responsibilities
Source quality candidates through Naukri, IIMJobs, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Screen, interview and assess candidates using structured hiring methods.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline across assigned functions.
Influence candidates and drive offer acceptance and successful joining.
Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records using Google Sheets.

Weekly strategy and review meetings in Gurgaon.
Own laptop, mobile phone and professional WFH setup.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years in Recruitment Consulting or Executive Search.
Solid sourcing and structured interviewing skills.
Excellent candidate engagement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
