Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate interior projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.
Develop and implement project strategies, risk mitigation plans, and execution frameworks.
Serve as the senior liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Guide material selection and space planning in collaboration with architects and designers.
Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and mock-ups.
Manage project budgets exceeding, ensuring cost efficiency and value engineering.
Take care of vendor contracts, track expenditures, and handle change orders.
Mentor and manage junior project managers, site engineers, and coordinators.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in architecture, Interior Design,



Civil Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in corporate interior project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial interior projects on time and within budget.
Solid knowledge of design principles, construction methodologies, and workplace strategy.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit).
Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
