Manager/ Senior Manager - Strategy
The role sits within Samhitas Growth and Innovation team and will be responsible for developing and scaling recent initiatives as well as orchestrating programs/ initiatives within the organization.
The role requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to create pitch decks, track existing programs and develop a broader strategy for the organization.

Develop and scale new initiatives to drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create pitch decks and track existing programs.
Orchestrate programs within the organization to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy development and implementation.
Robust understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in creating pitch decks and tracking existing programs.
