Role & Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support for Java and Spring Boot applications.
Monitor application health and troubleshoot production incidents.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure timely incident resolution within SLAs.
Execute SQL queries for issue analysis and data validation.
Support Linux environments and monitor application servers.
Coordinate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
Participate in production deployments, release activities, and on-call support.
Maintain incident documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.

Preferred Candidate Profile
23 years of experience in Java Production Support (L2).
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Linux, SQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with Tomcat, WildFly, or JBoss application servers.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and monitoring tools is an advantage.




Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support.
Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
Experience in an MNC environment is an added advantage.
