We are looking for a skilled Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Chizzle My Designs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in interior design and supervision, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate interior design projects from conception to completion.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and materials are used throughout the project.
Manage and supervise a team of designers, assistants, and laborers.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
Robust knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and quality control.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
