About the Role
FyndBridge Consultants & Advisors is looking for an experienced Engagement Partner – Executive Search to lead client relationships, drive business development, and manage leadership hiring mandates. The role requires a consultative skilled who can build trusted partnerships with CXOs, deliver high-quality executive search assignments, and contribute to the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with CXOs, founders, promoters, and HR leaders to generate executive search mandates.
Lead end-to-end executive search assignments, from requirement gathering and search strategy to successful closures.
Advise clients on talent availability, market trends, leadership hiring, and compensation insights.
Partner with research and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms,
and drive account growth through repeat business.
Mentor consultants and researchers while maintaining delivery excellence and ethical recruitment practices.
Represent FyndBridge at industry forums and contribute to market intelligence initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
8–12 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Recruitment Consulting.
Proven track record in business development, client management, and closing senior leadership mandates.
Solid stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
