Centre Manager – High Quality Healthcare Skilling

Designation: Centre Manager

Functional Area: Operations – Allied Healthcare

Reporting To: Manager/ Senior Manager / Program Manager / Director Health

Job Summary

The Centre Manager will lead a state-of-the-art Healthcare Skilling Centre, overseeing operations, outreach, training quality, and placement initiatives. This role includes program implementation, team management, liaison with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards in the healthcare skilling ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute outreach activities to ensure maximum enrolment.

Oversee quality training delivery and ensure timely batch starts.

Coordinate with Government and Sector Skill Councils for approvals and compliance.

Monitor aspirant journey: enrolment, training, certification, placement & post-placement support.

Batch Formation with approved strength and updating in portal





Identify and onboard hospitals for On-the-Job Training (OJT).

Maintain center administration including budgeting, asset & facility management.

Build local as well as nearby Cities employer network and ensure job placements.

Reaching batch placement milestones aligned with set targets.

Supervise and mentor trainers and support staff.

Ensure timely MIS updates and donor communication.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years’ experience (1 year in a similar role preferred).

Robust leadership, planning, documentation, and communication skills.

Experience in working with government/public health skilling programs.

Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
