Job Title: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager Direct Channel

Role Summary:
Responsible for generating life insurance business through company-provided leads, self-generated references, and customer interactions. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, cross-selling and upselling insurance products, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and convert company-provided leads into life insurance sales.
Generate additional business through referrals, cold calling, and campaigns.
Meet customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly premium, policy issuance, and revenue targets.
Ensure timely documentation, proposal submission, and policy issuance.
Maintain accurate records in the Lead Management System (LMS).
Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and repeat business.
Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.




1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for entry-level roles.

Salary
Fixed Salary: 2.5 LPA – 6.5 LPA (based on experience)
