Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally, resolving queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.




Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
