Job Title: IT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and assess technical skills based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of IT specialists.
Negotiate salary and communicate job offers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Time management and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, IT, or related field).
Experience in technical recruitment is preferred.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
