Role & responsibilities
Lead the Marketing & Tendering function for domestic and international EPC Transmission Line projects.
Manage the complete tendering lifecycle, from chance identification and bid preparation to contract award.
Develop competitive bidding, pricing, and commercial strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Review tender documents, assess commercial and contractual risks, and implement risk mitigation measures.
Coordinate with Engineering, SCM, Finance, Projects, Production, Legal, and QHSE teams for timely bid submissions.
Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and upcoming business prospects.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing & Tendering team to achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E. / B. Tech with 18+ years of experience in Marketing & Tendering for EPC Transmission Line projects.
Proven experience in handling domestic and international EPC tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
