Assistant Manager - Channel Manager & Distribution Expansion

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic qualified to drive fintech partnerships and expand the mutual fund distribution ecosystem. The role will be responsible for onboarding

fintech partners, managing technology-enabled MFD relationships, executing growth campaigns, and driving AUM and SIP acquisition through digital distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with fintech partners to drive business growth.
Onboard new fintech partners and expand the digital distribution network.
Drive acquisition of 5070 new relationship counters annually.

Contribute towards achieving 10,000 Crore AUM growth through fintech partnerships.
Generate 1015 lakh recent SIP registrations via digital channels.
Collaborate with 67 MFD technology enabler partners to enhance

distribution reach.

Plan and execute marketing and engagement campaigns targeting the

investor base of MFD partners.

Influence and engage a network of 7,000+ MFD customers through

technology-enabled initiatives.





Add 2530 recent fintech partners to strengthen the distribution ecosystem.

Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends to improve

partner engagement and business outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in Fintech Partnerships, Digital Distribution,
Mutual Fund Distribution, WealthTech, or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of the Mutual Fund Distribution (MFD) ecosystem and fintech landscape.
Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.
Experience in campaign planning, partner engagement, and business development.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partner relationships.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from AMCs, WealthTech platforms, Fintech companies,

Mutual Fund Technology Providers, Digital Investment Platforms, or

Distribution Businesses will be preferred.
