Handle export enquiries received from customers, distributors, and EPC contractors.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations in coordination with the Engineering, Purchase, and Production teams.
Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and negotiate to secure orders.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of quotations and order execution.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding enquiries, technical clarifications, and commercial discussions.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for recent business.
Generate current leads through online platforms, exhibitions, market research, and customer references.
Maintain enquiry, quotation,



and order records in ERP/CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for export-related activities whenever required.
Support participation in international exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, enquiry status reports, and sales forecasts.
Ensure customer complaints and queries are addressed promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and regional business objectives.
