Role & responsibilities
To register incoming lead/enquiry received through email, call, web, etc.
To prepare and send offers / tenders to customers.
To timely and accurately reply to customers on Techno-Commercial queries
To review customer Purchase orders and highlight any discrepancies to Manager
Preparing and sending sales/work orders to works
To co-ordinate with factory, Purchase, and customers for timely dispatch of the orders
To co-ordinate with factory, Purchase, and customers for timely dispatch of the orders
To carry out timely payment follow up
To prepare, update and timely submission of all MIS reports
To obtain Customer satisfaction reports immediately on Execution of each order
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of ERP/SAP, Ability to read & understand technical documents & drawings.
Hands on experience in pumps/valves/mechanical seals/motor/gearboxes
