CA Industrial Trainee
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Conduct expense and variance analysis and prepare trend analysis
Help with the preparation of management reports and presentations
Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and documentation
Support internal control reviews and ensure compliance with regulations
Assist with tax-related activities like the preparation and filing of various tax returns.
Help reconcile financial discrepancies and accounts.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget targets.




Collaborate with teams to improve processes and implement efficiencies.
Assist in automating financial processes and procedures.
Education:
Currently pursuing a CA and eligible for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is often an advantage.
Familiarity with data analytics tools like SQL, Python, or R can be a plus.
Soft Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
