We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll Consultant/Manager with solid expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll processing, and Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to implement, support, enhance, and troubleshoot Oracle HRMS solutions while ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR Absence and Payroll modules
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
Support payroll runs validations reconciliations and statutory compliance requirements
Coordinate with business stakeholders technical teams and project managers
Provide production support and resolve critical issues
Conduct UAT support and deployment activities
Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials
