Educational Background:
B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Computer / Instrumentation or related
M.E./M.Tech./MS preferred for advanced roles; PhD a plus for R&D;

Work Experience:
8+ years in Li-ion cell design/formulation or close collaboration with cell OEMs
Cell qualification & failure analysis

Electrode & Stack Design
Define loadings, thickness, porosity; current collector specs; jelly roll/stacking parameters.

Materials & Electrolyte
Optimize electrolyte, separator selection, and formation protocols with R&D;/process.

Mechanical & Safety
Design cell can/pouch/prismatic, tabs, sealing; support safety/abuse testing.

Validation & Docs
Run DoE, track cycle life/impedance; publish CTQs, control plans, and design specs.
