Role & responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations: Assist clients with the luxury retail experience by welcoming walk-ins, managing appointments, and converting consultations into sales.
Styling & Consultation: Guide clients through our collections, helping them select styles, silhouettes, and customization options that best suit their occasions.
Alterations & Fit Management: Take accurate measurements, coordinate seamlessly with the master tailor/production team for alterations, and oversee final fittings to ensure flawless execution.
Store Visuals & Operations: Maintain impeccable store presentation, manage daily visual merchandising (setting up the store layouts, mannequins, and displays), and ensure inventory is pristine.
Operational Assistance: Handle billing, coordinate client deliveries, manage order tracking, and take care of miscellaneous day-to-day studio/store activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust written and verbal English skills are absolutely essential.
