We are hiring a Middleware Engineer L1 one of our MNC company, in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for middleware settings.
Monitor and manage application servers to ensure high availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Handle incident and service requests using the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Monitor application performance using AppDynamics.
Perform basic Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Execute SQL queries for application support and issue analysis.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 support teams.
Maintain documentation and follow operational procedures.
