Required Technical Skill Set:-
Design and build scalable, reusable automation frameworks (UI, API, Integration).
Define standards for framework design, reporting, CI/CD integration, and test data strategy.
Ensure enterprise-grade automation aligned with DevOps and Agile delivery. Automation Strategy & Delivery Excellence.
Drive automation roadmap, coverage, and optimization.
Enable faster releases through parallel execution and pipeline integration.
Provide technical governance and ensure quality outcomes at scale
AI-led QE Transformation.
Leverage AI/GenAI for test generation, self-healing, and predictive analytics.
Build intelligent accelerators to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
Drive adoption of next-gen automation capabilities (AI-enabled frameworks/tools).Solutioning & RFP Contribution
Lead QE solution design for RFPs and presales initiatives.
Define automation strategy, estimation, and value propositions.
Create reusable assets to support winning proposals and differentiation. Technology Leadership.
