Qualification & Experience:
Educational Background:
BE in Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation.
A minimum of 15+ years of sales experience in Bulk/Powder handling equipment/products, Pumps, or Motors.
Industry Experience:
Extensive experience and exposure to PAN India customers within the Food & Chemical Industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of handling End-users, OEMs, EPCs, and consultants related to Food & Specialty/Non-Specialty Chemicals industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Focus on recent business development activities with corporate/large accounts.
Deliver results according to the agreed timeline.
Market & Customer Insights:
Develop and maintain a robust understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Identify and develop business opportunities for each product line/applications related to the industry.
Competitor Analysis:
Evaluate market competition, analyze competitors offerings, pricing strategies, etc.




Communication & Negotiation:
Possess solid communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities related to the industry.
Identify key exhibitions/roadshows/field shows to showcase our range of products.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Operations Coordination:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Management Appraisal:
Appraise Company Management on progress and milestones achieved through MIS (Management Information Systems).

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
