We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
Robust knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
