Primary Responsibilities:

The Rating/Senior Rating Analyst would conduct end-to-end rating involving the following primary responsibilities:
Credit analysis of financial instruments in the BFSI sector for banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and Structured Finance Products
Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments.
Analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees
Maintain excellent quality in the analysis and be up to date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions.
Interact with company management, auditors, bankers, and other lenders and visit companies and factories as part of the regular monitoring and data gathering.
To take ownership of the folio by carrying out regular surveillance, monitoring, reviews every quarter / material event basis, tracking the performance of the companies concerning macroeconomic changes, and handling internal and external audit queries.




Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations & and policies.
Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
Client interaction and managing positive relations.

Competency / Skills:
Analytical expertise in the Banks / NBFCs / MFIs / Structured Finance Products segment, including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.
Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars, especially in Structured Finance Products.
Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency: Robust domain knowledge in credit assessment in the BFSI sector - Banks, NBFCs, MFIs and Structured Finance products
Robust analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills to present the facts along with rating recommendations to the rating committees.
