Graduation degree in relevant stream, preferably BE / B-Tech /M Tech (Computer Science / IT), MCA or equivalent

Minimum 3 Years of post-qualification experience in IT Sector/ industry
Must be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Thorough understanding of hardware, software, and systems engineering.
Able to diagnose issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and providing effective solutions. Staying current with technological advancements and continuously upgrading technical skill.
Must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
Embracing change, being open to new ideas, and having the capacity to quickly assimilate recent information to remain effective in their role.
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team agile. Collaboration extends beyond the IT department,



as these engineers often work with cross-functional teams to address broader organizational challenges.
Help in creating comprehensive documentation, performing meticulous system checks, and ensuring that all technical aspects are considered when addressing an issue.
Experience in reconciliation of Bank products
Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365 Products
Capable of preparing MIS and data analysis
Proficient in MS Excel, MS word, Power Point and capability of preparing MIS and draw analysis.
Good Knowledge of account, charge-back and POS transactions.
Positive communication skills

Required Skills

Can generate reports and MIS from DB.
