Customer Service (International Voice Process)
Urgent requirements Teleperformance Process: HSBC Cards HQ* (Outbound)
Required count : 30 Process details: *outbound process.
Prior experience: Undergraduate with 1 Year international BPO experience
Shift timing: 9.30am to 6.30 pm Week off - Sunday fixed off

Roles and Responsibility
Handle outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including quality metrics and sales goals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide informed support.
Job Requirements




Undergraduate degree with at least 1 year of experience in an international BPO setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work in a agile workplace, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, with quick learning capabilities.
Flexibility to work in a shift timing from 9:30am to 6:30pm, with Sunday as a fixed off day.
