Role Technical Architect - Insurance

Responsibilities
Architecture & Design Lead the architectural design and development of advanced insurance solutions using the Duck Creek or Guidewire suite of products.
Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across various platforms and products, including Policy, Claims, Billing, Clarity, Reinsurance, and Digital platforms.
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and detailed design documents.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Implementation & Integration Oversee the end-to-end implementation and integration of Duck Creek/Guidewire solutions within the clients workplace.
Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs and middleware.
Coordinate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of solutions.
Technical Leadership Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, fostering a team-oriented and high-performing environment.




Conduct architectural reviews and code inspections to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Duck Creek and Guidewire technologies and incorporate them into the architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions.
Present architectural solutions to clients, explaining complex technical concepts in a transparent and concise manner.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
