Robust knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture.
SQL and database concepts.
Windows/Linux server administration.
BI reporting and analytics
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Shell, or Python is a plus)
Experience with ITIL processes and production support
Required Candidate profile
Managing upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Working with databases such as Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, or Snowflake.
Supporting production settings and handling incident tickets.
