We are looking for an experienced House Manager for our boss's residence, Urbana High Rise, in KOLKATA, near Rubi Hospital

Role & responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the household efficiently.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, cooking, security, drivers, and other domestic staff.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work schedules.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the residence.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel for repairs and routine servicing.
Manage household inventory, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
Maintain household expense records and assist with budget monitoring.
Handle guest arrangements and ensure excellent hospitality.




Ensure all household equipment and appliances are functioning properly.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling household matters.
Address emergencies promptly and ensure the safety and security of the property.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Experience working in private residences, villas, or luxury homes.
Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and communication.
