Job Role Specifics
Manage compliance requirements for NBFC in line with RBI regulations.
Oversee AML & KYC compliances.
Draft and review policies, process and other documents from compliance perspective.
Handling of Board and other committee reportings.
Handling of inspection, audit, adhoc regulatory requirements, various filings etc.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in managing RBI compliances in the NBFC domain.
Solid knowledge of NBFC regulatory requirements
