Roles and Responsibilities
Manage HR administration, including employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisal management, payroll processing, and advantages administration.
Develop and implement effective HR policies to promote a positive work workplace and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Foster solid relationships with employees at all levels within the organization to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, labor laws etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in HR policy formulation, HR administration, payroll management, performance appraisal management, employee welfare & engagement.
LLB (Law) degree or MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization).
