About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Car Desk Senior Manager to oversee and streamline our car rental and ground transport operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring service quality, vendor negotiations, and driving operational efficiency across all travel-related logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the car desk operations team across multiple cities, ensuring timely and productive transport arrangements.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with car rental vendors and transport partners.
Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and SLAs to optimize cost and service quality.
Monitor vehicle allocation, scheduling, billing, and vendor performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
Handle escalations, emergencies, and last-minute changes with professionalism and speed.
Prepare performance reports, vendor evaluations, and MIS summaries for management.

Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Travel,



or Operations Management.
8+ years of experience in car rental, logistics, or corporate travel management, including 3+ years in a senior role.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Robust analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver timely results.
