Role & responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and project governance.
Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
Drive user enablement, change management, training, and communication to maximize AI adoption.
Track project progress, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and ROI, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure AI initiatives comply with organizational governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI guidelines.




Continuously identify opportunities to scale AI solutions and improve enterprise productivity and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
58 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or AI adoption initiatives.
Experience with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery settings.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is preferred.
